When we presented our new collection, ICONIQUE, we talked about our desire to return to a discreet luxury through sober creations with sumptuous materials. Thus, our bed linens and accessories - largely inspired by exceptional French craftsmanship - are adorned with quality raw materials, both sustainable and ecological.
Among the new products in the catalog, our emblematic TEO bedding set has undergone a real transformation. Now named TEOPHILE, the range is exclusively presented in organic cotton satin. What to offer you nights of happiness while acting for better tomorrows.
A RANGE OF ORGANIC COTTON SATIN
Global warming, waste reduction, organic farming: ecology is on everyone's lips. Alexandre Turpault has been working for several years on the design of ever more eco-friendly household linen. For this new collection, ICONIQUE, several cotton jacquard and cotton sateen sets have been integrated into our new range of organic bed linen.
Among these newly stamped "organic" references, the TEO bed linen sets change their name and become TEOPHILE. Designed to be ethical down to the smallest detail, they are carefully made, notably with an organic cotton satin ribbon woven in Cholet, France. A 100% virtuous product since it is also meticulously packaged in our new ecological packaging - recyclable and reusable - without plastic.
A CONCRETE COMMITMENT
By committing ourselves to the production of organic bed linen, we are promoting a less polluting culture that preserves the planet's resources. With a water saving of nearly 90% compared to conventional intensive agriculture and a total suppression of fertilizers, pesticides or chemical herbicides and GMO, this production answers an ideal of culture - and consumption! - reasoned culture - and consumption!
Indeed, at the antipodes of fast fashion, always cheaper and compulsive purchases, Alexandre Turpault prefers to focus on the manufacture of beautiful products, naturally luxurious. In this sense, it seemed essential to us to offer you comfortable and durable linens, good for you and for the planet.
NEW COLORS
With this new version of TEOPHILE, three colors disappear in favor of new warm, neutral and soothing shades. Cookie, Lison and Acier have been replaced by Désert, Eclipse and Lune, three ideal sets for fall.
Desert is a warm, dense beige with golden shades of khaki. This trendy set can easily be combined with elements in neutral and warm colors (Hermine, Gazelle, Eclipse...) as well as cold and deep colors (like Marine).
Eclipse is almost black and marks the return of this color in the decoration. This set is an opportunity to play on a black and white look that is both sophisticated and graphic. Not really black, Eclipse is a very dark and intense gray that combines with all the colors of the range, especially the warmest.
Finally, Lune is a very light beige. Different from Desert, it is more of a link with Hermine and Gazelle, already present in the range. Soft and luminous, it is ideal for softening the contrasts. It is a bit like the light foam of espresso, which brings a touch of delicacy always welcome.
AN EXCEPTIONAL BED LINEN SET
In addition to its environmentally friendly cultivation, organic cotton seduces by its exceptional properties. Thus cotton satin, thanks to the quality of its single long combed fiber, brings softness, suppleness and robustness to the sheets. A comfort that will only increase with use and washing, as the material becomes more refined with time. Moreover, TEOPHILE benefits from technical and decorative finishes that give it that little something that makes all the difference.
In terms of look, we like the cotton sateen for its soft satin effect, far from the shiny and slippery polyester sateen. The material here is matte and catches the light, giving TEOPHILE a lot of luminosity. As for texture, the set has a terribly silky feel that offers an extraordinary sensation.
