The long fiber linen, recognizable by its silver color from local agricultural production, is the queen material of bed linen. Linen brings an incomparable well-being, thanks to its resistant, climatic and annalergic properties. Ecological par excellence, the linen plant consumes little water, no fertilizer or pesticides; it even enriches the soil that hosts it.

Since 1847, Alexandre Turpault has been recognized for the quality of its fine linen fabrics. Our unique, simple and sober approach is in line with our work ethic which favors social and environmental responsibility.
By producing locally, we limit our carbon footprint for the planet and preserve local jobs and know-how. Our requirement is present at all stages: from the selection of long fiber linen grown, dyed, woven and made in France. The fineness of the fabric and the beauty of the finishing touches such as the "Jour de Venise", the "jours échelles", the woven ribbons and the small guipures contribute, day after day, to the refinement of the French way of life.
TUMBLED LINEN BY ALEXANDRE TURPAULT
We have chosen to go 100% French with our NOUVELLE VAGUE linen bedding, which has been awarded the Origine France Garantie label. Our linen, woven in the Vosges and ennobled a few kilometers from our workshop in Hauts-de-France, is not washed but tumbled without water or chemical product, to soften it and give it a naturally softer touch for a daily sensory experience.
OR YOU PREFER COTTON?
Cotton is a natural, healthy, comfortable and strong material. It is widely represented in household linen with its multiple ways of working: percale, satin and cotton jacquard are our three favorite weaves. In terms of style, our exceptionally fine patterns are made by the best Italian master printers.
COTTON PERCALE FOR FRESHNESS
Inherited from our grandmothers, the cotton percale is recognized by its very soft and smooth touch that offers a unique sensation of freshness. The long fiber of our cotton and the tight weave of 80 threads/cm² bring to our cotton percale bed linen sets both strength and resistance.
In order to facilitate the maintenance of your bed linen, our percale benefits from the "Easy care" and "Sanfor" treatments for always more softness and suppleness.
COTTON SATEEN FOR EXTREME SOFTNESS
Cotton sateen is a soft and silky material with a shiny appearance and an exceptional touch. It is to be distinguished from polyester satin (much too slippery and unnatural).
The superior fiber of our combed cotton sateen 120 threads/cm² brings even more softness and shine. Also very easy to live with, sateen reduces the effect of wrinkling in the wash and can be ironed without difficulty.
COTTON JACQUARD FOR THE REFINEMENT
Still based on our 100% long fiber cotton, discover also our bed linen in cotton jacquard up to 200 threads/cm² for delicate patterns.
