Yes, it is possible to order without creating a customer account. You just have to click on "guest account". 
I forgot my password, what can I do?
We invite you to click on "forgotten password". A link will be sent to the email address you used to create your account. You will then just have to change your password.

How to use my welcome code?
In your cart and before payment, your promotional code is to be specified in the box "you have a promotional code?". To use it, it is very simple! Once you have registered, you will receive your code by email (don't forget to check your spam).
