Do you deliver outside of France?
Yes we do. When placing your order, you can select the desired country of delivery. The shipping costs are calculated automatically in your shopping cart. • Deliveries in nearby Europe are provided by our partner La Poste with tracking number and delivery against signature. • Deliveries outside Europe are made by UPS with tracking number and delivery against signature. Additional taxes may be applied by the customs services in non-European countries, those taxes will be at your expense.

What are the proposed delivery methods?
To give you complete satisfaction, Alexandre Turpault offers several ways of delivery:
• Delivery to one of the stores in our network in France (free delivery).
• Delivery to Point Relais in France and Belgium (offered from 100€ purchase).
• Standard delivery via La Poste or UPS: the package will shipped from our warehouses within 48h.
• Express delivery, only available in Metropolitan France: this service allows you to receive your delivery in 24h (72h for Corsica) for 20€. This offer is valid only for orders placed before 11:30 am. -
I made a mistake in my order, what can I do?
You can call our customer service : +33 (0)3.20.44.07.33 (9:00 to 12:00 am / 2:00 to 5:30 pm, local time). If your order has not been shipped yet, we will be able to change the adress or the products.
