This model evokes the forest of HALATTE. Belonging to the former royal domain, it is close to the forest of Chantilly and Ermenonville, in France. It is a very old forest, populated by deciduous trees and renowned for the quality of its oak and beech trees which are several hundred years old.
The patterns of autumnal foliage, linked by discreet twigs, unfold on several planes. There is a beautiful relief effect with this play of tones and veining, darker in the foreground and lighter in the background, against a soft and luminous background. It is a tribute to the orientalist tendency of Art Deco. The sophisticated palette combines the new desert tones (golden beige), moon tones (very light beige), an almost black with violet reflections, and several shades of grey, as well as gold and silver details for a discreet luxury. The plain desert sateen reverse and the cotton sateen ribbon in the same tone further warm up this updated classic set. Its grosgrain piping finish, comes as a ribbon in maroon tones that comes to give a neat precision to the bed sheet.
Printed on our soft organic cotton sateen, for even more silkiness, lightness and soft comfort, while thinking of the planet.
