What are the available delivery methods?
To date, deliveries are made only at home . Deliveries in relay point and in store are stopped. We will keep you informed of any changes in the situation by email.
What are the delivery times?
The delivery times may be slowed down in the coming weeks due to the new situation. Please note, however, that our team does its best to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible and will keep you informed of all the stages of delivery to reassure you. In addition, today we depend on the Post and their delivery service. IF changes occur on their own, we will be affected and orders will likely have additional delays. At this time, we are unable to inform you of developments in the coming days but we will keep you informed in due course.
Can I return my order or make a ; change?
Our return deadlines are exceptionally extended to 60 days from the date of receipt of your order.
Exchanges and refund requests will be well taken care of during this lockdown. All your requests will be processed, however, an additional response time is possible, knowing that our teams on site will be reduced.
