- How do I choose the size of my bedlinen?
Before purchasing your bed linen, we advise you to check and be aware of the size of your mattress and duvet. This information is crucial to making a purchase without making mistakes.
Please note that for fitted sheets, there are two fold sizes available, corresponding to the thickness of your mattress: 25 and 33cm.

Unique features of the SANDALWOOD tablecloth
SANDALWOOD is a range of linen tablecloths that come in sections in numerous colours to be joined together as you wish using their satin ribbons.
A tablecloth section measures 87x170 cm
2 tablecloth sections are equal to a 170x170 cm tablecloth, for 4 people
3 tablecloth sections are equal to a 170x255 cm tablecloth, for 6 to 8 people
4 tablecloth sections are equal to a 170x340 cm tablecloth, for 10 to 12 people
i.e: 1 pouce = 2,54 cm
- Why open an account on the site?
Opening an account on our website allows you to place your orders more quickly, as your personal information has already been supplied.
Furthermore, you can view the details of your last order at any time.
- What are the different stages on placing an order?
a) Selecting your products: when you are interested in a product from the collection, you select the size, the colour and the quantity. The corresponding price is shown, and you just click on 'Add'. Your item is then added to your shopping bag. A window opens allowing you either to view your shopping bag or to continue with your order. Before payment, you can change the quantities of your order at any time.
b) My shopping bag: this is the summary of your order, displaying the item references, their prices and quantities, which you can still change. The total amount of your purchases appears along with the postage and packing, which varies according to the delivery address.
c) Delivery: after creating your account, you choose a delivery address. It can be different from the billing address.
d) Payment: you must now choose your payment method: by credit card or cheque, and click 'Confirm my order'.
d) Confirmation: once the payment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Yes, no problem. Unlike a standard order, you give as the delivery address the address of the person you wish to send the gift to. All the other stages of the selection of products, payment and confirmation remain the same.
- How do I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel or change your order at any time before payment is recorded.
To make a change, go to 'My shopping bag' and choose either to 'remove' lines from your order or to add others by clicking on 'continue my order'.
- How can I check the availability of an item?
We do everything possible to ensure that all our products are available. However, if one of our products is temporarily unavailable, you will not be able to add it to your shopping bag. We then invite you to order at a later date.
- How will my order be delivered?
We have chosen the following modes of transport: Colissimo express for deliveries in France and UPS for deliveries abroad.
In each case, your parcel is continously tracked and will require a signature on delivery.
- How do I know when my order will be delivered?
We aim to deliver to you in the 48 to 72 hours following confirmation of your payment and subject to product availability.
- What are the different payment methods?
You can choose to pay either with a credit card or by cheque.
If you choose to pay by credit card, we accept Visa and Mastercard. You will be automatically transferred to the secure site of our bank, Group CIC. We then ask you to enter your card number, its expiry date and the security number. This information is and remains confidential. Once your payment is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
If you choose to pay by cheque, we ask you to send it to us by post, along with your order form, to the following address: ALEXANDRE TURPAULT LTD, Internet Sales Department, 660 rue de l'Épinette, 59 850 Nieppe.
We use CIC Group's secure payment service, which integrates the SSL standard. Confidential data such as your card number, the expiry date and the security number are encrypted and transmitted straight to the SIPS server without passing via the Alexandre Turpault server. Therefore you do not need to worry about entering this information.
With credit cards, payment is processed immediately.
With cheques, payment is taken when the cheque is received.
- Do I pay the forwarding charges?
For any order there are forwarding charges. Postage and packing costs are calculated according to the weight of the order, its value and its destination.
Please note that for any order to be delivered within France, we offer you free postage and packing when your order is over €80.
- What procedure should be followed for returning goods?
You have 10 days from the reception of your order to return the product to us. Please note that the product must be unused, must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the delivery slip as well as the reason for return.
The return of items will be at your expense. In the case of an exchange, the cost will be refunded to you.
